Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly to get them out to you. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at support@utoca.com as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are processed through our fulfilment partners and shipped from our international warehouses, depending on stock and your location.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee. If you’re not in love with your Utoca product within 30 days of receiving it, contact us at support@utoca.com with your order number and we’ll help you with a return or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All Utoca products are covered by a 1‑year warranty against manufacturing faults. If you experience an issue, reach out to us with your order number and a short description (photos or a video help) so we can sort it out quickly.
