Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Costs
We’re proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to Australia and North America (USA & Canada). Estimated delivery times (including processing) are:
- Australia: 5–8 business days (FREE)
- North America (USA & Canada): 7–12 business days (FREE)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders delivered outside Australia, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Utoca is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at support@utoca.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
