Shipping Information

Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed through our fulfilment partners and shipped from our international warehouses, depending on stock and your location. This allows us to offer reliable global shipping while keeping prices fair.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping options and any applicable costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

How long does shipping take?

Our typical delivery windows are:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days (depending on your country and local carrier)

These are estimates and can be affected by factors such as customs checks, local carrier delays, holidays or extreme weather.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

You can also use our Track Your Order page from the main menu and enter your details to see the latest status.

What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

It’s normal for tracking to pause for a few days while your package is handed between carriers or clears customs. If there has been no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@utoca.com and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some countries may charge customs fees, import duties or taxes on incoming parcels. These charges, if applied by your local authorities, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import rules if you’re unsure.

Wrong address or delivery issues

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbours or building management
  • Look around your property and safe‑drop areas
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Utoca Glow Cube. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item should be in good condition and free from severe damage or misuse
  • Include all original accessories (such as the remote and cable) where possible
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to request a return

To start a return, please email us at support@utoca.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos or a short video if there is a fault or damage

Our team will confirm the next steps and provide the correct return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we may not be able to match unannounced returns to your order.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you have proof of return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are for the product price only, unless your order was faulty or incorrect
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges & Warranty

Can I exchange my item?

If you would like to exchange your Utoca Glow Cube (for example, you received a faulty unit), please contact us at support@utoca.com. In many cases, we can replace faulty or damaged items under our warranty rather than processing a full return.

1‑Year Warranty

All Utoca Glow Cubes include a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Electrical faults not caused by misuse or accidents
  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from drops, impacts or mishandling
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Normal wear and tear

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please email us with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video so we can assess it quickly.
